The email address and password that is needed to log on to the Nebula Software application you are trying to open. This is used to access the license you purchased that allows the application to run.

When you purchased your Nebula Software product on https://nebulasoftware.com, you gave your email address and created a password.

The "My Account" page on Nebula Software's website has a "Lost your password?" link. Use that to reset your password.

Try this. Go to each of your email accounts in your mail program, like GMail. Do a search for "Nebula Software". If you find your purchase receipt from Nebula Software, then THAT is the email account you used!

The Nebula Software password text entry field hides your password by default, but you can click the "abc abc ... abc" row to switch from hidden to visible text.
